Mr. Dennis Otieno Bolo – Managing Director

Dennis is the Managing Director at Baldon. A civil Engineer graduate, Dennis is responsible for all projects being performed by the company and has complete oversight of all on going works besides the following:

• Providing of leadership and management of teams and projects.
• Performing a variety oversight functions that include, Task Order Management, Material management, Quality Control management, Site Safety Management and Resource Management interfaces directly with the client for negotiations and decision-making processes.
• Has authority to represent and bind the company

 

Mrs. Doris Adhiambo Otieno – Director, Finance & General Admin

Doris is responsible for all administrative matters in the company including management of Financial affairs and the following:

• Manages day to day operations of the office.
• Receives and monitors communication to include phone calls and emails, provides follow-up to the customers on outstanding issues.
• Issues invoices and tracks payment status. Ensure proper company cash flow and availability of funds to pay work force.
• Handles all site specific administrative matters.
